Is it ok to always sleep on your back? Everytime I lay on my side she kicks me until I roll on my back

side is better . I was on my back for a lil while tho . but during my second and third trimester I couldn't because of the circulation reason and because I couldn't breathe

Yeah sleeping on ur left side is the best, cause the baby moves more cause of the oxygen goes to the baby. Laying on ur back is bad, plus it will hurt more later.

I remember reading about that somewhere so I looked it up for --> Experts recommend that pregnant women not sleep on their backs during the second and third trimesters because of the weight of the growing uterus and baby pressing the vena cava, the main vein that carries blood back to the heart from your lower body region. If compressed, it can interfere with optimum circulation (and circulation is a pregnancy's best friend).
