So I have a question! It's long winded but here it goes! So I EBF my baby for the first month then I slowly incorporated Supplementing formula. I give him AT MOST 3 bottles a day. Basically I don't want to give him formula anymore. I would love to go back to EBF but of course my flow is not the same anymore. I used to be able to pump at least 5 feedings but that was when he was only drinking 2-3oz. He now drinks 6oz. So anyway I wanted to know if any of you mommies went through this & how did you go about it? I drink lots of tea & water and put Silas on my breasts every chance I get. I made lactation treats but haven't really been eating them. My best friend has been eating my treats and she said her milk flow is amazing. Maybe I should stop slacking and eat up! Help please!! Don't forget that babies don't need as much breast milk oz wise as formula so if you're giving 6oz of formula you won't need as much Breastmilk

Gatorade. Homemade lactation cookies. Water water water. Oatmeal. Lots of skin to skin and nursing. Just have to keep everything up.
Definitely get on those treats! Lol Gatorade helps with milk supply I've heard and keep nursing as much as you can and maybe pump when you get the chance
I want to know if anyone added cereal or oatmeal to your baby's bottle. My little man gets lazy sometimes and doesn't want to eat his oatmeal so I give him his formula. He only drinks 6oz but that is not enough and he's hungry but won't drink more than 6oz per feeding so I was wondering if it is okay to put cereal/oatmeal in his bottle. What are your thoughts?
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
Ok my baby is 11 months. He doesn't drink out of a bottle anymore. So I do formula and cows milk thru out the day. When do I stop giving him formula all together? He strictly eats table food, but I give him milk with it.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
It's hard to know how much is coming from the breast but just feed in demand whenever he is hungry or needs comfort. Sometimes it will be an hour between feedings sometimes it will be 3, is varies throughout the day, as does my milk I would assume.. As long as you're getting wet diapers baby is getting enough
