I'm scared to take a benadryl (I have a rash on my belly and the ob won't do anything & they told me to take one) because I don't want it to effect how my daughter moves..

if you don't feel comfortable try getting oatmeal lotion or an oatmeal bath.. it soothes the skin a loy

She will be fine. She will get sleepy too but it wares off. I have to take one to sleep most nights.

I take them every time I get sick and my baby's movements stay pretty regular.
