will it hurt if you don't take your prenatal they make me sick to my stomach everything I take them
I was taking the gummies didn't realize they have iron and I became severely anemic now I'm taking the pills and feel a thousand times better ! Babies take so much from us so it's good to take some kind of vitamin and def some iron good luck !
Its hard on your body if you don't. When i forget i feel like i ran 100000000 miles. Try the gummies and iron pills. they won't upset your tummy.
The prenatals are for you not the baby so it will only affect you if you don't take them.. Nothing crazy just fatigue, sore muscles/joints, ect
I didn't with my son at all he came out fine BC I had the same problem and with my daughter I had the same problem so I don't take them now taking them at night didn't help me but I'd detf try iakendriasmommy t@
I was on the similac ones & had to switch over to the gummies. It makes a huge difference & they taste better :)
Take them before be time so you can sleep thru it

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
You could tell your dr. I told mine because j had the same issue. Between this baby and my first, iron really tears me up. She told me to take flint stones vitamins but your dr might have something else you can take.
