@jordanrwilliams25 im gone try orange juice... An see how it works me... Because my Obgyn didn't tell me nothing they just said I need to take these till I give birth an I looked online and it said it makes you sick

If orange juice is too much on you because it is acidic then get vitamin c vitamin pills but try the orange juice first so far it's ok for me

But yeah even if you don't drink the whole cup ..I don't .. I take two swallows of orange juice when I swallow the iron pill and stick it back in the fridge and eat at least a bite or two of something anything

@aria_daddy07 they should have told you same thing as me because some pills you need other vitamins in some sort to balance out what you take ..you can't just take pills and expect them to work .not all work or are good for you especially if not taken properly my mom has vitamins for Everything but I believe more in fruits and foods you eat I take it because I have to my whole pregnancy as well but drs just say it will help but medicine drains and affects the body in many ways and every body is different .. even when I have her I'm sure I won't let her take everything prescribed .. that's how people go downhill fast over time especially mixing meds they put so many unhealthy actual ingredients in them now .. just like cancer patients.. we lost my mother in law last September and she was on about 8-10 different meds but no real nutrition and needed assets comes from them just more pain and sickness

@jordanrwilliams25 okay I'ma get me some from store today. I told my Obgyn and they said it's nothing they can do I still have to take Dem up in till I have BBY

If it doesn't use no acid orange juice .. sometimes the acid in fruits and orange juice gets to me for a sec but I swear it works drs told me it's my first time on them

@aria_daddy07 yes AND either a vitamin c pill ...OR sip orange juice it literally makes you absorb it better .. my Dr and the pharmacy told me when I picked it up ... You can sip the orange with it you don't have to drink a whole cup but that is important

I have to take 1 a day ... You're supposed to take them with a vitamin c pill or glass of orange juice to help it absorb like it's supposed to and eat a little bite of something first
