I am really not okay😔 I keep thinking it's just a bad day, I'll get sleep tonight, I'll be in a better mood tomorrow, everything will be okay with BabyGirl but each night I lay down I fight my irrational fears, want to punch through the wall, and when I wake up the 6 times after falling a sleep for even a moment throughout the night I am not in a better mood and have a whole new set of crazy emotional worries😰 BTW the longest run on sentence has just been read by humans^^^😫😄 I feel at any moment I want to stomp my feet, scream so loud everything goes silent in the world and just feel ok for a second!!! I just hope this goes away before baby is here or in scared for my mental health and if I'll be a good mom to her😔

I hear you. I stopped fighting tears, & that helps my body release the hormones. Did you know that tears contain hormones? Yelling into a pillow away from others earshot also helps me. Sending you some comfort!

@id9564547, @nichole87 thank you ladies. It's just hard when I don't know what's wrong and fearful of the future. I let myself cry when I am able to cause I'm a crier but sometimes the release of emotions just doesn't come.

Our situation triggers thoughts, & the thoughts we choose to believe trigger emotions. The emotions trigger physical reactions. How we feel emotionally & physically triggers our behavior, and our behavior hugely impacts our situation. We can end the cycle by choosing to keep beliefs that feel freeing rather than imprisoning.
