So I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I have not exercised at all! and I'm scared that I'll have a hard labor! what are some exercise I can start on at home?
Kegals!!!! Makes pushing a little easier. I wish I did them 😫
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I see a SUPER faint line! Or I'm crazy.. Pic was taken within 5 minutes. Either I'm pregnant or I'm having line eyes.
I'm sick of the way my body looks. I really need to find a diet and stick to it. And start working out. Anyone have an suggestions on how to loose tummy fat and upper arm flab. And good healthy cheap meals? I need to buckle down and just go for it. The only exercise equipment I have is a exercise ball, and going to the gym isint an option for me. If anyone can give me some suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!

I'm such a sucker for these!! Unfortunately I'm rocking the baby to sleep and I have no clue what color my underwear is. I'll have to get back to ya'll!!
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Take a walk. That's all I did during my first. I'd go and walk and before I knew it I had been walking for 2 hrs. I also sat on the birthing ball all day. While watching tv, on the computer, eating.. And I had the easiest labor ever! Pushed three times and she was out. Hope that helps!
