What confuses me the most is when you get pregnant they go by your last start date of your period but my doctor told me I did t get truly pregnant till after my period. My period was July 23 and lasted till July 28-29 and they said like around first week of August I got pregnant.

@risssslynnnn, yeah that's somewhat strange but maybe you just ovulated close to that date or baby is just growing really well
When I got my ultrasound they say I line right up with my last menstrual. It's just confuses me but yet I understand it lol. @aphrodite2014
this is true you ovulate after your period which is why when the first ultrasound is done you may be a week or 2 off from the original date set by your last menstrual cycle. most doctors go off mast menstrual cycle at first because it makes it a ball park range...
every person's cycle is different.
