I'd follow your doctor's instructions and go to the ER.. it could be something more

@momma_beffers, definitely go to the er they shouldn't be crying for that long something is not right.

did your doctor not mention the possibility of colic? especially if its the same time each night...

@meganeileen6, she mentioned it. she also mention diarrhea and spitting up more than three times a day or something. he spits up a lot. I don't know whether to call it vomit and his poop is really runny. no fever

hes still young so his poop wont be solid. with the spitting up it could be something you're eating. i cut out onions, garlic, green peppers, fried things...i went through this with my daughter when she was 3 weeks. i took her to the ER because she wouldn't stop screaming so hard that she would stop breathing & was like this for 6 hours. they told me to give her 1 tsp of pedialyte to make sure she stayed hydtated. for peace of mind & if your insurance covers then go ahead to the ER. they'll take his temp, check for hair wrapped around any fingers, toes, etc

the second the doctor held her acoss her forearm belly down she stopped crying & then ate & passed out lol the doc laughed at me saying the baby could sense tension...

could be gas? should try gripewater

i had to cut out all dairy because my daughter was allergic to the milk protiens

when it's usually at the end of the day it could be that your baby is overstimulated and overtired. try to put him to bed earlier and get him calm: it helped for my baby: when I see the first signs of her getting tired I take her to her dark room and rock her so she falls asleep.
