I am 29 and a first time mother of a beautiful baby girl Louise.

I ended up getting induced at 41 weeks which didn't work (I didn't get any contractions despite of being on the highest doses of Pitocen) so had an emergency c-section.

Louise is a beautiful happy and calm baby; she hardly ever cries and likes to smile!

I am Dutch, my boyfriend is French, together we speak English.
Our baby will learn all three!

We actually live in the Caribbean 🌴but almost nobody here has Preggie so I change...

first day back to work leaving my baby with the nanny was difficult, but then received this picture! Looks she is having a good time :) still can't wait to go home

my baby has learned to fall asleep by herself in her crib and now prefers it that way. I am happy but at the same time miss her sleeping on me!!

we are really practicing her tummy-time but she doesn't like it too much..

my baby is two months old already! Time flies..

my baby is almost two months and sometimes makes every 4 hrs, but more often is hungry every 3..

we had a first trial day with our nanny: she has studied to become a daycare teacher and has experience so I felt ok and left her alone for 1 hour.
but when I came back I found my baby sleeping on her stomach on a blanket in the bed! two choke hazards in one.. kinda makes me doubt.
what do you ladies think?

to all ladies who've had a c-section: I am now 11 days postpartum and still bleeding quite heavily, is this normal?
