I'm sharing this. I see a lot of people on here mentioning circumcision. Like I said before, I respect anyone's decision since we as mommies try to do what is best. But there is so much misinformation out there.

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

There are plenty of links to facts in the page within the reasons listed. Truly the only fact that anyone needs when considering chopping off part of a sex organ is that it is not medically necessary.

It was pretty close to accurate. But I agree with not doing body modification to an infant. If a medical needs arises, then you do it. If there's no medical need then you're basically giving your baby a cosmetic procedure. And quite frankly, the appearance of my sona penis is none of my damn business. If he wants it done when he's older I'm happy to pay for it. But that's just my feelings on it. I don't care what other people do. That's between them and their son. lol

I agree with what the article says. if you can't watch the video then that should tell you something. my husband was pushing for circumcision until I told him to watch a video of the process. he turned it off after 1 minute and we have decided not to do it. however, everyone has different reasons and will pick what they think is best for their baby. no right or wrong, just different opinions.

@jazmon_blue, yes you are right. I will always be respectful about what people choose... what changed my mind was when my first son was born, the doctor came in and said "is he being circumcised?" I said yes I planned on it. he said "do you know the reason its done?" of course I just said no so he said "there isn't one" .... I was only 17 so I knew nothing. but that really resonated with me and I changed my mind.

I won't get a baby girl's ears pierced for the same reason. it's just not my body to do that to.
