No baby shower for me. Everyone was telling me they were going to give me a baby shower and I ended up with nothing. I guess thats what happens when youb have nobody in your life. I just want my son here in my arms already.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I told my friend my mom wants to throw me a baby shower and write on the invite "monetary gifts only" and he told me that people aren't trying to pay for my "gas bill" I'm offended because a lot of money goes into a baby shower, and if you're gonna give me a 10$ blanket from Ross that I probably won't even use it's a waste. I rather use those 10$ for my honest company diaper subscription.
I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I’ll do my own baby shower with my next child I just thought family planned a baby shower for you . Lol guess I thought wrong.

I am having a shower after I have my baby. I am doing everything on my own. I have learned not to depend on other people to only to depend on myself I will not be disappointed.

I would have done that too but everyone said they wanted to do it and nothing ever happened and now I have no money for one. And my bf doesnt pay for shit unless it benifits him. hes bought nothing for the baby. done nothing for the bay. I toldb him if he bought the paint for the babies room and new blinds I would get it all nice. he didnt even do that. he and I have not even gone to the store once together to look at baby stuff. he is so disconnected. I have no family and the few friends I have live hella far and wouldn't throw me a shower anyway.
