Ok mommy's I have a question... For the past week I haven't really been having much of an appetite lately; I'm 31 weeks pregnant & all I have been eating or wanting to eat the past few days is cereal & milk!!! Is this bad for me and the baby?? I know milk is healthy but is it harmful that I'm not eating much of anything else?? I'm a little worried about not eating enough or not eating actual food!!!
Be careful with the milk too much can cause anemia
Thank you, that helps me a lot!!! I was getting a little worried that I was maybe hurting the baby by not eating but I mean milk is great calcium so I guess it's not the worse choice!!!
I'm the same way. but at least you're eating something @babykarter . but cereal does have good nutrients and folic acid in it which is really good. so I would say eat as much as you want. that's what I do
Literally it's what I eat all day lol morning noon & especially late at night!!! I drink water, sometimes Sprite to take my vitamins, & I eat cereal lol that's been my diet the last week or so!!! @shelbyruth92
I was told that cereal is actually really good for you because it has lots of folic acid in it. It's one of my biggest cravings. I have probably 3 or 4 bowls a day
I've been throwing up a lot recently. I was so bummed. lol. hopefully it gets Bette for you soon mama
Yes it's the same for me, I haven't been throwing up but the nausea & the stomach aches have been full force... I don't always take my prenatals everyday but I will start now since I'm not really eating! Thanks ladies. @mgurmen4495 @mylittleprincess
I'm similar. but mostly just cuz my morning sickness came back. 😷 ready to be done with this now lol
just keep the prenatal going and try your best to widen your food range. add a banana or orange in the mix!
Thanks a lot ladies... I don't go back to my doctor until next Monday for my 32 week checkup , any suggestions on what I should do until then?? @mgurmen4495 @icedtia
girl cereal is my obsession. I eat special k original or rice crispie. I'm not a huge fan of sugary foods. but as long as you are eating it's okay. I would talk to your OB though if you're that worried about it. but since i WAS around 30 weeks, I've been eating spaghetti and cereal. lol
just make sure you're taking your prenatal, is what I'm told. but if you're worried ask your doc ☺
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
How much is a gallon of
How much is a gallon of milk or 4L jug where you live? I'm from Vancouver and there has been a recent news story where Canadians have been raiding the milk supply at a Costco south of the boarder so I was wondering the price difference. It's usually around $4.99 here
I have gestational diabetes, my sugars were most at 300 and been eating healthier this week to bring it down and today before dinner I'm glad to say I went down to 104 it's still a little high but not as much as it has been for the past 3 days😏😏😏😏

All I've been wanting to eat for the past week!! 😩😩
Bit of a rant
I seriously can't wait to eat something like cereal for breakfast again...lol. With this GD I have been limited to eggs every morning (and I HATE eggs). My high risk OB told me about green smoothies last week so I have had those like 4 times (much better than eggs by far!) but I still wish I could have a bowl of cereal or oatmeal or waffles (omg, I'm making myself so hungry ?). A little over 9 weeks and I will be eating all the foods I miss so much ?
I was diagnosed with anemia before pregnancy so I'm only drinking 2% milk so it decreases my chances of passing the anemia to baby!! But thanks for the advise @marskhaos
