I exclusively pumped for her first 8 weeks before she could get a latch. I pumped every 3-4 hours bc that's what worked for me but I'd sleep 6 at night. I'd recommend fenugreek pills. 3 pills 3x a day for 3 days. It might help. They told me to pump every 2 hours for 15 minutes then massage then pump for another 10-15 minutes.

I cut only breastfeed for 8 weeks. my daughter has enough after that and I lost my supply slowly
I was told by an exclusive pumper, try pumping every 2 hours, and when your milk stops coming out, continue for another 10-15 minutes it will stimulate production. also try lactation cookies or lactation smoothies to help boost supply.... I can't remember all foods the can boost your supply, however I found a couple lists on pinterest and I am trying to eat those when I can.... also my lactation consultant told me this time (didn't have one the first time) don't take anything with antihistamines in it or anything that is used to dry up your sinuses (a lot of cold medicines) as they will dry your milk up, apparently it's all connected as one system.... also if on birth control pills make sure they don't have estrogen as that dries up the milk. you could also try offering the breast again.
@sarahdrew, awww that is so sweet thank you i need to hear that, but the reason i dont think i producing enough is cuz i been pumping because they didn't latch on but ive on been pumping about 2oz from both breast.. every time i pump.. and they are eating 4oz right now so its not making enough for both..
If you're willing to listen, I can try to offer some tips. I exclusively pumped for 7 weeks while my 29 weeker was in the nicu and then I was able to breastfeed when we came home.
I made it 2 months pumping for my first child, it is hard either way you do it (at the breast or pumping) I was so broken up but my husband said this to me, and I am going to repeat it to you... "you tried it, you did a great job. you gave the babies the best start, it didn't last as long as you had wanted (I assume this is true for you as well) but you did it longer than some women".... keep your head up mama you are doing great. if you don't mind me asking, why do you think you aren't producing enough?
