My daughter will be almost 4 when my newborn arrives, and they both have different daddies. My current partner says the same thing. Because they have different fathers, it's hard to raise them exactly the same unless both dads shared the same values as well. They'll just have different personalities! Try to make it something positive. Instill your own values and that will maintain some stability for them both. :)

My daughters bio father isn't around he hasn't seen her since she was 2.

I'd say discipline the same! but my fiance would say the discipline between male and female should be different anyway.. however the kids should not be treated any differently it can cause issues later on in life one might feel like they where disciplined more then the other and cause a sibling rivalry..
