either that or take a towel, roll it up and put it under the end of the little bassinet mat to elevate the baby.

I have both a rock and play and bouncer my son honestly prefers the rock and play for sleep when im able to get him out my bed that is

My daughter also has acid reflux she's 5 months now but my dr said after eating keep them sitting up even if just in carsear or swing for like 30 mins after eating. But my daughter has a rock n play that's what she sleeps in & she does so good in it but now she's getting a little too big for it. But she is the same she doesn't really care to lay flat or on her belly.
