so...... me & my s.o. been together a few years. we are in our 2nd baby together (my 3rd) & yesterday we found out we are having our first son!
why cant we agree on our son's last name? my other 2 have my last name (im not married) & i want my son to have my last name too but my s.o is being a jerk about it!
what do i do?
My boyfriend is so upset that I didn’t give our son his last name but I have 4 other kids that has my last name I didn’t want to make him the only one with a different last name. Is that selfish of me? Or should he just understand. We not married
Am I wrong for telling my Bd that because we not Married my baby don't have to have his last name? He really got mad and told me I was project n ignorant. Crazy part is I was thinking about giving my baby his middle and last name
Emerson? Girl or boy name? My husband and I love the name Emerson for our son. But after I looked it up I saw that is really popular in the US as a girls name. What do you think?
I’ve known since I was a child that if I had a son it would be Jaison but Jaxon and Lincoln were on the list just in case we changed our mind. If Jais would have been a girl, we would’ve named her Ariana. (Our girl name has changed now, though since that name is so popular)
cats and babies My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.

well if you you can't decide you could always have the names hyphenated...

just because he's a boy....I would say why didn't you want it for our daughter? I would put it yours or maybe hyphenated but I wouldn't do it for just one kid if not for both that you guys have togther.

we're not married so our girls have my last name. he never argued bout it til we found out this time we are having a boy

You can change their names. My daughter has my boyfriends last name, if he signs the birth certicate and states he is the father, you can change their names a lot easier.
