So I thought I would be able to leave my naval ring in since my baby bump isn't that big. I thought wrong. My OB told me I will have to take it out soon 😔

I took mine out by like 18 weeks cause mine hurt so bad.

They have retainers, a piece of plastic thing that's really long that wouldn't interfere with belly growth.

@motheroftwojk hmm I'm just going to buy the maternity belly ring just to be sure.

I kept mines in my Ob didn't have a problem with it
