this engorgement breast pain is a pain the ass had for the past 2 days and it hurts so bad i literally cried twice bc of how bad it is and then i lost my nipple shield and my son was so mad that he couldn't latch on without it i was on the edge of crying again now in just going to pump as much as i can to stop the pain

had my bloody show now my contractions are now 4-5 minutes apart hopefully tonight is the night or tomorrow morning that me and my fiancée get to meet our little man

I woke up in so much pain lost the rest of my mucus plug and after that I keep having pains on and off for the past 5 1/2 hours and Idk what it is and they hurt alot I can't tell if they're contractions or not
really don't want to go back to the hospital again until its time for little man to come

I finally got my breast pump fully covered by my insurance I'm so happy and I tried it to get my contractions to be stronger I did it for 45 minutes and a 15 minute break and it worked bc my contractions are getting a little stronger slowly but getting stronger I think that the nipple simulation help especially since I'm already 2 cm dilated and 80% thinned out

my pre-pregnancy I was underweight I'm hoping to keep my pregnancy weight bc it put me in my actual weight I didn't mind gain a little weight

goodnight ladies let's see if these light contractions turn into stable consistent ones and that I dilate some more send prayers that my little man makes his grand entrance 😊😇
