@aliska92, It's just the prenatals and Iron pills they gave me. i would take them at night and my whole pregnancy I couldn't stand on my feets lost all my color and everything so they gave me iron pills. Well, when no one wants to take you anywhere because you always get sick that extremely like sucks. I begged and begged my doctor for advice. water water water. Drinked water until it was coming back up. didnt help. I've been off for a week and I have a major increase of movement, increase of energy and I can walk through the store! I'm going to ask maybe another kind if prenatals but not that one.

oh no!! @desiadi4116 find something to help u ask your doctor don't just not take them

It's sad to say but I quit taking my prenatals. But I only could take them at night. if I took them in the morning I woils be sick all damn day

I take mine at night too with my Unisom and b6 so I won't get sick

I do or else I'll just throw em up

That's the best time to take them! That way you won't get nauseous (if you tend to with vitamins).
