wth!! I am sorry but my kids have to bathe every night 🌃.. so.. who the hell came up with this bs
@mommyof4angels23, being smart isn't a bad thing. contrary to popular belief. this applies for all children. bathing everyday dries out the skin and prevents the immune system from developing resistance to disease. its a fact. sorry if intelligence has no effect on you as you yourself said. if you don't wish to expand your knowledge that's your problem. continue being ignorant on the subject. goodnight. also I mean ignorant in the actual sense not as a derogatory term. a little research goes a long way.
@lakilucid, u r so right, all kids are different.. sorry your child has to live with it. but if an not mistaken the photo didn't say 💭 anything about eczema! we was talking bout baths everynigh!. But trying to be smart will get you nowhere with me. So. again sorry that you daughter has to deal with such thing. have a great night 🌃
@mommyof4angels23, that's your child. every child is different. your child must nor have SEVERE eczema. mine does. she's on 3 topical steroids and also an oral steroid for severe outbreaks as well as anti MRSA cream. the lotions do not help her. we have been battling it since day one. when your child is landed in hospital for the majority of her life due to uncontrollable breakouts and infection then maybe you would be concerned with those not believing facts. I am not at all upset. I simply stated facts. if you would like I will message you photos of my daughters most severe outbreaks. the poor child woke up every single day with her skin gone and bleeding. crusting and weeping. she has permanent scarring due to it. she's been on steroids since actually before birth. the only thing that helps are the 100% organic locally made sustainable soaps made by one of my friends, wet dressings after a Luke warm bath containing salt and baby oil, slathering her down constantly with clinical creams and also coconut oil then a pair of wet clothes, then dry over top. we even had to tape socks on her hands and feet so she couldn't scratch. she has it over 90% of her body. they refuse to do an allergy test where she is so little although we do know she is allergic to cigarette smoke and seasonal allergens. she couldn't even bend her arms, legs or neck without them cracking open and bleeding... once again not all children are the same. its great your child doesn't have to live in hell. mine wasn't so lucky.
my step kids don't get bathed every day unless they are super dirty. otherwise we do wipe baths.. hospitals won't bath babies except for 2x a week.. If you bathe them every day it dries out their skin among other things
why are u getting upset @lakilucid .. my daughter has the same thing and she takes bath 🛀 every night 🌃.. u just have to buy the right products (aquaphor body wash n lotion) recommended by her daughter.. only had one break out since birth (not cuz she bathe everyday) cuz of grass..
she's 3. I also cannot take daily baths or showers as I too have contact dermatitis at age 24. like I said its a proven fact.
@Lakilucid, how old is she... Cause everyone pretty much agrees babies don't need daily baths it's the older kids...
my daughter has severe eczema and cannot have a bath every night. it isn't bs. babies skin dries out quicker than ours. do some research.
so it makes me wonder what their reccomendation is for children between the ages of baby and age 6
my son is 8 months and gets a bath everyother day and a spongebath days in between that but that's nasty
newborns.. yea.. I bathe my kids once every other day n wipes off the next. but my 9 year and 7 have to have one everyday.. my 2 year is a girl so a bath 🛀 everyday for her is a must. plus she's a straight up tom boy so yea..
I don't agree at all with that!! my growing 10yr old needs 2showers a day!! stinky feet, arm pits, sweaty head, ect.. so that person obviously doesn't have children!
I understand infants because it drys skin out bad but 1 and older everyday
@lakilucid, 😂😂😂😂😂😂… girl not today.. but I wasn't talking been smart as intelligence.. I meant been a "smart ass" I do a lot of research.. We know that bathing everyday dries out skin. basically I was saying therr are lotions and creams to help with dry skin. So u rather run 🏃 around funky all day?. no mam not mines.. whatever float your boat 🚣 hun. goodnight
