ask your phlebotomist to talk to you the entire time. I'm terrified of needles going in as well and mine has learned to have me look at her and just talk as she puts the need in, and I never feel it go in when she does that @dieselsmom0117
Tell them beforehand. If you're lucky, your nurse will do it as quick and easy as possible. I bawl every time they take blood 😩 so I totally feel your pain. And I have not gotten over this fear, sadly. Last time I brought my mother in law so she could let me squeeze her hand to death to get through it. Good luck!
ask them to not tell you when they put the needle in and look away. works everytime with me and deep breathing. personally for me i cant talk when i know im about to be poked with a needle but like i said dont look and ask them not to tell you when they are about to put it in. think about happy thoughts holding your baby :)

Lol it's no big deal. Don't watch and don't think about it. I used to be terrified too but I got past it pretty quick.

Now I go and get blood drawn and it's nothing to me. It happens so fast

Honestly I hate needles but I didn't even feel it at all. Nothing to worry about ☺️

pretty much get used to it. pregnancy is needle hell. especially in the beginning and during labor if you plan on normal hospitals births haha.
you'll get over the fears soon. it becomes habit. lol

I just babble through it. It works to get my mind off of it. I struggled with the 1st trimester testing though because it took so long.
