im breastfeeding an this makes day 3, why does it hurt sooooooooo bad, like his suckling hurts like he has teeth an feels like hes biting my nipple....ive started putting cream on them after each feeding, but it hurts so bad.

If it hurts he isn't latching on correctly. Get ahold of a lactation consultant ASAP! They will help you position him on correctly

Nipple shields help, you can get them at target/wal mart. It won't be as painful. 😊

it will be like that until he learns to latch, my son never did and I just pumped and bottle fed
