men are babys thats why im already laughing and it hasnt even happened yet but one more thing i stayed at home tell my contractions were 30 sec apart and hooped in the shower when i thought they were going to get worse in tell i knew i could do handle not being home anymore and that really was the best thing i did when i got to the hospital i was a 8 and was just so happy an had so many thing to do the last thing i thought about was the contractions @dovejazz

just bring something you like doing playing or watching and it helps alot then if you feel your mind slipping just get up walk around even bring a mirror and do your hair and makeup every lil thing helps to keep you calm @dovejazz

yes she did she made it were i wasnt scared and was just ready for anything i deff believe that to tho i think weman think it hurts so much that it ends up hurting that much its deff not 100% mind over matter but it sure does help alot when your mind is in a great place and it goes by so much faster that way @dovejazz

Again wow seriously amazing! It may sound cheesy but I have heard too the way u envision your birth that's how u going to react... Like girls that are scared to death of labor pain and natural birth and stuff end up being really stressed going thru the whole process etc... And women who view birth a natural normal thing tend to stay calm and keep it together & end up giving natural and unmedicated birth. That's how I want too 😊 hope all plays out that way 😉*fingers crossed* so your mom kind of given u lots of insight on birthing?!

no i didnt do anything really my mom had 7 kids so i was just so calm and had a vary clear mind i sat criss cross because that wat felt best for me and played cards with my sisters and just really didnt think about it witch i was lucky enough were that worked for me @dovejazz

natural the nurses where going crazy cause i was sitting criss cross laughing and joking around with my sisters at one point a fell asleep changing the tv then woke up and kept changing it i really wasnt in alot of pain tell the head was coming out that didnt feel to good but it was a fast pain @dovejazz

at diff doctor offices i had to google it and i found a place that did it and then i called and set up a appointment its really easy to find it

Where can you get the simulation done?! My bf has said he wants to see how it feels and I think it would be pretty cool to see😂😂😂
