there's a tea you can buy at walmart called mothers milk tea that helps boost your supply. also staying hydrated, and real oatmeal. (steel cut oatd, not instant oatmeal. you can tell the difference by reading the instructions to cook it, if it takes less than 30 minutes to cook it then it's not real oatmeal)
