its_yazz I take pills when I feel that I'm not making much milk
missing31user there's a tea you can buy at walmart called mothers milk tea that helps boost your supply.

did anyone else get the epidural and now have bad back pain? I had back pains before I got the epidural but now it's been getting pretty bad the past couple weeks & I feel like that's what it's from..
