You shouldn't stay with someone because you have a child together if your not truly happy. She will love you both together or not.

If you not happy you shouldn't stay because of the baby .. You could alway co-parent

@emteebee, I would definitely look up if you can just up and move with your LO ... I moved to AZ from ca with my first child and almost went to jail for child abduction (even though I am her mother).. if he is smart he will file papers and you won't be able to leave until child custody is established completely
