@emteebee, I would definitely look up if you can just up and move with your LO ... I moved to AZ from ca with my first child and almost went to jail for child abduction (even though I am her mother).. if he is smart he will file papers and you won't be able to leave until child custody is established completely

I already know to leave, but I needed to vent and tell someone. I'm moving back to Georgia soon hopefully, and he's here in Minnesota. He'll just have to figure something out. @mommyoftwo1 @b3autifulm3ss @ciaramarie

If you not happy you shouldn't stay because of the baby .. You could alway co-parent

You shouldn't stay with someone because you have a child together if your not truly happy. She will love you both together or not.
