walking up an down hills work for me. I was not making an progress when I went to the doctor last Tuesday I went on a walk Saturday I walk like hard walking nit cute light walking. my water broke at 11:30pm  had her at 1:42 am I didn't even have enough time to get epidural I had her natural just a couple push the walking made her come down an break my water.
