Caffeine is more the issue. It's recommended no more than 200 mg. pop and tea and other things can have caffeine so it's important to keep that in mind.

Wow let me answer this for you better. lol Caffine stays in your Breastmilk for 2 hours. So if your baby is sensitive to caffine like mine i would drink coffee while you're breastfeeding or right after so you have already 2 hours before the next feeding. You can even drink energy drinks if you wait 2 hours to feed baby.
