Mommies which are the best nipple shields to use? Or are they all pretty much the same. I never got to breast feed my first due to medical issues but I really want to this time around. Any other breastfeeding tips or life savers? TIA

Medela target sells them for $10 my son does great with it he has a lip tie so natural nipple isn't big enuf for a whole feeding pump and have some back up in the freezer incase nights get rough I have been exclusively bf for three weeks
