I'm so tired, waking up all hours of the night due to numbness in my arms, plus my hips hurt so bad too. Never had this with my other 2. Just want a good night sleep.

I'm sleeping on a couch bed and I have begun to understand the meaning of uncomfortable a little too well...
I have same problem like you loss blood flow in your arm
I take Tylenol daily for headaches, doesn't work. I'm gonna have to go buy some more pillows and try that.
mine got so bad (the numbness and swelling) that my arms were hanging off the bed and my feet had all pillows but one under them (4 pillows). they say Epsom salt helps but it never did for me. but you could always try. my doctor said Tylenol can also reduce swelling but again it never did for me. try and relax. I hope this helps a little
Yes @ashleyyork89 exactly. And @tinaerb I'm sure that's uncomfortable too
