hey ladies, i really need some help and advice, for the past 2-3 months I've left so alone (even though I'm not) and I've been so moody causing conflicts with all my friends and family and OH mainly :(
I feel worthless and I haven't left the house for weeks, sometimes I sleep for 2 days straight and other times I can't sleep properly for days on end. I feel like my OH is only with me for the baby's sake also and he's forced in to being with me, I can't see any other reason why he would be.
we haven't been intimate for a month because I just don't feel good enough anymore. it's ruining my entire relationship what can I do???? :'( is there any treatment available? I can't cope like this any longer :'(

me and my OH haven't been intimate for 3 months because I don't feel good enough and tonight he's gone out on his work do and I'm left at home again doing nothing, I feel for you because I feel very lonely and it's horrible xx

sweetie it sounds like you got a depression I think you should talk to your midwife about it she will be able to help :) and you can message me if you want ;) xx

yes I aggree @felicjuh, it sounds like what I went throu and still going through.. I've been tested for postnatal depression now as I've had the baby and getting certain feelings.
Me and my partner having been intermediate also for 15 weeks, however before that when we did I wasn't in to it at all. : / x

@leighamy123, @felicjuh @vic22 thank you all girls!! think I'm gonna go to my gp before it gets any worse, do any of you have a clue what they would even say? I feel stupid going to be turned away for 'wasting time' :(
