Pretty bummed that my milk supply is starting to decrease, I was trying hard to keep breastfeeding but after giving my baby her first bottle of formula and seeing her get enough to fill her up makes me feel like I made the right decision. I just want a happy baby <3

@nadiahuynh, yeah I've had such a hard time with breastfeeding. I know that breastfeeding is so much better, but I can tell my baby wasn't getting enough with just my breast milk, she's so much calmer and happy now. she was acting super fussy for a few days which isn't like her at all. So I'm just going to do what I feel is good for baby :)
I pump and supplement with formula when needed. I had the hardest time with baby on the breast so bottle feeding was better for us. You do what is best for you and your baby, most important is that your baby is fed.
Your body was made for this!! 😊😊 it knows exactly what to do 😘
If you supplement with formula your supply will def keep dropping.
Don't give up mama. Feed on demand . I promise you are making enough. At that age babies stomachs are sooooo small.
