My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 8 months now. One of the factors of ttc is to not get stressed. I suffer from depression and anxiety really badly. I'm to the point where I don't even want to try anymore. Ever. Any advice in trying to shake my baby fever?
I'm struggling with the same thing! Take plenty of vitamins and immune boosters and my doctor recommends going for walks in the mornings. I don't know why it helps but it does! Also Netflix helps me when my boyfriend isn't home or I'm just bored and my attitude gets bad. Get distracted by a show you love and time passes faster
Read a book on Fertility Awareness (not the rhythm method). If 3 well timed tries go by after that, read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. There is so much science behind getting pregnant.
