I think I have a UTI! Can it be serious?an do I need to go to my OBGYN or can I go to my local doctor? I had a friend get one and ended up getting a bad bladder infection so that concerns me.

My UTI got so bad because I didn't know I had one and there ended up being blood in my urine and kidneys! Definitely get it checked out asap.
The OBGYN will usually get you in fast if you have a problem. They like to fix it fast before it causes any complications.
