what is the most simple way to drop weight after having your baby without doing extensive workouts because most of us are going to be exhausted with the first few weeks of the baby being here

well I'm 20 weeks and I have gain 7lbs already so I'm kinda scared I don't want to gain a ton towards the end I've always been self conscious about my weight so this is kinda a hard thing for me at the moment knowing in going to have to gain the weight and not knowing if it will come off or not

Small meals & lots of water!!!! && it helped I only gained 26lbs my whole pregnancy!

I breast fed and ate small meals instead of 3 large meals and walked. I also drank half my body weight in ounces of water everyday. That's what worked for me.

okay cool I usually eat that way but I got pregnant and I still eat really good just more bad meal days then good because of it so once he comes I'm sure my eating habits will to back to norm @suprise4

don't you have to eat quite a bit when breast feeding I decided that I was going to breast feed I just haven't done extensive research
