I would like to start storing extra breastmilk. I don't know how to go about it without leaving my baby hungry. For example, my baby feeds every four hours. So if i pump after 2, won't he be hungry after his feeding because there won't be as much milk as he's use to?

pumping doesn't take all the milk. there will always be milk left. i recommend pumping 15 to 20 minutes after you feed. & if your baby sleeps through the might pump at night. or pump one side while baby feeds off the other boob. i started slowly & now i have no room in my freezer. i had to take some bags to my mom's house.
