Heartbeat was in the 150s :)
They asked if I wanted to get blood drawn to check for down syndrome.. she said that half do it half dont.. Who got the test?
i did it. i wanted to be prepapred. of course i would love my child either way but you gotta know what steps to start preparing for once they get here! we got the clear last week so we our little one is good:)
p.s. they dont all show gender. ours didnt
I got the test because I had one with chromosomal problems. It wouldn't change how I feel about the baby, but sometimes it's better to be prepared.
I didn't because my hubby and I would accept our child no matter what he or she got. Austim run on his family even twins while mine is diabetes, heart problems, deafness (skip generations so I'm the first in a long time to have it) and cerebral palsy which my older brother has. This baby is our blessings:) we both refuse to do any genetic testing but the important one we had to do
I did and was glad I did. I also had the NT ultrasound. I wanted time to prepare just in case there were issues.
I did because when my mom was very young she got pregnant with twin boys and they were diagnosed with down syndrome sadly they were still born. but I decided to do the testing just to see of the baby would have it, praise God he doesn't but we would have loved him either way :)
They didn't ask if I wanted to or not my doctor just did it but results came back clear 😊
I did it. Just like @lovelycin09 said it's better to be prepared just incase
i did it's best to know just incase to be prepared for anything
I didn't just because I know that if anything is wrong they would tell me anyway. Even if Bean has down syndrome I will forever be his or her mommy.
nope didn't get the test done. it makes ppl worry more than they should have to. and 150 is what all three of my boys heart beats ran :)
I am just want to be prepared for anything that could go wrong.

3 and a half months to go💙💙💙
Half way there 1 and half more hours of screaming i hope
How do you and your partner split household bills? Does one person pay everything? Or do you guys split it half and half?
:)

So this just happened.... Bear is 5 and a half months old... I'm excited but nervous!!!

my son only has 1 curl on his entire head.. lol he is half black & half white.. so he got half of our hair traits?? 😄 lol I want his whole head to have these curls!! 😞
Alright thank you everyone! I went ahead and did it just because why not? it's a simple blood test and I'd rather be prepared and just know. I will of course love me baby either way, always. but I'd like to know :)
