Any of you third trimester mommies have any secrets on how to sleep for more than like half hour intervals??

Thanks mama's! I sleep with a body pillow but between just being uncomfortable and the fact that my husband is a roller at night, I'm just miserable lol

Pee twice before you go to sleep, eat alil while before you go to sleep not to early so you dont wake up hungry but give your self enough time to walk around and move to help rule out heart burn , put a pillow between your legs behind your head and slightly under your back. Lol that's the best i got.

I have been getting told to make sure I try to fall asleep on my left side and with a big body pillow to hug.. also to set the room at a cooler temp so u don't want up from being to hot..

I have a water, then go pee before I lay down. LOTS OF PILLOWS. Comfy temp. I wish I could help more BUT these little tricks do help get at least two hours at a clip lol
