so everyone says the more you mess with your boobs after pregnancy the more milk they produce well I've had them in a bra for two days trying to get them to dry up but other people say take a shower and let them drain if I let them drain in the shower isn't that making them produce more milk ? cause they really hurt still and still rock hard and I had my baby girl January 22nd
thank you everyone for you help @babylove1209 @zaysmomma @justinjrsmommy
try taking an antihistamine. like benadryl. will help you sleep and it should help dry you out. keep them wrapped up even though it is uncomfortable. if you are in pain from engorgement the last thing you want is to give in to relieving them liek showering. temp relief but then it all starts again. hang in there. it sucks. hope you get relief soon
my temp is 98.4 and imma try maybe ice packs cause its been since Friday (5 days) and they're still big and hard as a rock @justinjrsmommy @zaysmomma
I've heard if you put cabbage in your bra that does it. mine took a week to dry up without the cabbage.
its fine I've been researching ways too I'm also a first time mom @aprillynn1101
I'm not sure how to get your milk to dry up I'm actually 38 weeks and a FTM I just plan on breast feeding so I have researched a lot of tips and tricks to help with that like when your milk comes in and how not to get clogged duct that's how I yknow about the shower
I just want them to go down and not hurt any more I'm in so much pain :( @aprillynn1101
Now that I think about it @babylove1209 @siearas1 my aunt warned me not to take pseudaphed because she got sick and had been breast feeding for 6 weeks and it dried her right up so maybe that will work for you
