is it OK to breast feed n give formula to my baby ?

can baby get constipation if u give them breast milk n formula.??
it's a normal they poop just a lill ? he's a new born tomorrow he turn one week ...

does these really work?

is their anything I can take to speed up the process, I've been having contractions. now n then .....
