At first I drank 2-3 a day I noticed a difference in like 3 days. Now I drink 1 (rarely 2) a day every other day. I'm running low & we ran out at work (babies r us).

My milk production is pretty good well at least in my right boob. My left boob barely produces 2 ounces when I pump. I just wanted to try and even it out.

I use the fenugreek supplement and mothers milk tea both together daily works well for me. If you're having a slow production day drink 1 beer. I thought it was an old wives tale but it worked wonders for me.

I make 9 cups at a time and refrigerate it to Save time..I also add honey so it'll taste better:-) good luck!

Texxie I saw a difference with 2 cups/day..I made sure to have a cup before bed to produce enough for baby's big appetite at night

Amy I Googled lactation cookies and used the recipe from there. I like them bc they double as a snack as well as help your milk.

Btw where do you get the lactation cookies?
