Hi ladies! I'm a FTM. My sons 2 month shots are coming up this week. I'm a bit nervous. I need advice as to what I can do to keep him comfortable and what I can expect and what I need to do. Please & thank you 😁

usually if he ever got one it was about an hr after but I always let him fight it off naturally. it never got too high. but keep in mind he can have a late reaction up to two days later but it's still nothing to worry about unless you see his leg is really red or hes acting completely different, or has too high of a fever

@andrewsmommy, Aww poor baby! 😩 I'm not looking forward to his shots. I feel like I'm going to start crying if I see him crying lol 💔

He slept good both. He might want to eat more to keep him hydrated. Nightime wasn't bad for me. He just wanted to be cuddled between me and his daddy. He goes back next month for his 4 months shot 😣😣

@andrewsmommy, Thank you! Hope my baby doesn't run a fever 😫 Would he sleep through the the night as well? or was it hard for him to fall asleep during the night after sleeping most of the day?

he might run a fever, that's his body fighting . it's a good thing. usually it won't get any higher than 100.5 or 101.. his leg might be sore and he might get cranky. my son never really got a fever but if he does try to let his body kick the fever so that he's building his immune system. try putting in a warm bath if it happens, usually reduces the fever within 5 mins. if you feel he's super uncomfortable then try tylonel but go by his weight not age. you can always ask doc. another thing I learned when my son gets his shots I usually have a bottle on hand and right after his shots, feed him. he'll be over it in seconds.

Hes expected to get a fever after wards and his legs will be sore for the day. Baby Tylenol will be your friend lol My son never got a fever but he was a bit cranky and he slept alot for the next 3 days.
