did anyone else get the epidural and now have bad back pain? I had back pains before I got the epidural but now it's been getting pretty bad the past couple weeks & I feel like that's what it's from..

it's been 5 years since I've had my daughter and I still get back pain around the area I got it. I'm not doing that again lol
I would mention it! It can't hurt. I know once they gave me something to treat it, I feel much better. Good luck!
when I bend down it takes me a minute to stand back up. it's been hurting pretty bad. I think I'll mention it to my doctor. I really don't want it to get any worse. it's barely been 6 weeks since I got it. @bryaxtonsmommy
I had terrible pain about a month ago. I could hardly stand. I went and saw my doctor who said it could be a pinched nerve from getting the epidural or I could be having muscle spasms which is common after getting an epidural. She gave me muscle relaxers and I was supposed to take them at bed time until it eased. I took them twice. Now a month later I haven't had any pain at all!
I got an epidural and have not had any back problems. My daughter is 3 months old now.

I got it 7 yrs ago and it hasn't gone away; it comes and goes, so it really does mess wit your bck...
