Any moms know how to make any juices to help you lose weight with regular fruits that normal people buy? Like oranges, Apple, banana, mango and etc. all the ones I seen use Kale and Beets or other things I don't buy.
Careful with this! Fruit contains a shit ton of sugar and regardless if it's refined or natural, it all metabolizes the same way. And guess where sugar loves to live? The belly. If this is something you really want to do, stick with berries as they are very low in sugar on the glycemic scale.
I don't have recipes buy you can use fruits add whatever kind of milk you like (soy,almond etc) and add some ice and your choice of plain yogurt. you u can also add cinnamon or chocolate syrup ,or some maple syrup, depending on what your going for. ofcourse a good balance diet and exercise will help with your weight loss journey!
