There's times where she will cry when she knows he's suppose to be home soon, when he leaves, or just randomly. Is she having separation anxiety from her daddy? If so, how can I help her?

I babysit a 5 year old boy and he's an only child. He's jealous of my 7 month old and is mean to her. (Tries shooting her with toys, pushes her away when she follows him in her walker, and blames stuff on her when he's the one who did it) I need help on getting him to understand that he can't always have attention and always get what he wants. (Parents spoil him and barely discipline him but I have permission to discipline if needed)
