they recomend you wait until they are 6 months

I started at 4 months her doctor said green veggies first then orange and then I could start the fruits because usually once they start the sweeter ones they will refuse veggies and she also told me no meats until 9 months because of digestion issues. She's tried some meats but I never gave her a full jar

Typically it's best to wait until they're 6 months. You should also start with veggies first, then move to fruits and meats last. Look up "the virgin gut" and the current recommendations from the AAP.
