So I need to vent so just hang with me for a minute ladies. So I work full time cleaning houses and its a very taxing job. I work 5 days a week 9 hour days on my feet its a very physical job. As soon as I conceived I became majorly exhausted well it hadn't faded. I dread the thought of work and have cried on my drive in on multiple occasions. So now I've basically worn myself down to the point that I'm also sick. I haven't asked for barely anytime off even when I was majorly nauseous. I asked for a day off week before last and today. My boss is being a dick about it and I'm afraid if I take anymore time off they'll fire me. My hubby is saying he wants me to put in my two weeks that the baby and my own health comes first (I agree) and that financially he has got us and I shouldn't worry about money. My problem is I know how tight things can get and feel like if I stop working this early on I'm being a wimp.. idk what to do :/

I would listen to your husband. I went through the same thing at my job, except that they decided to cut my hours for sitting down when there were no customers. they didn't even talk to me about, just went straight to cutting my hours. so I put in my two weeks and focused on me and baby

@qmama, They did the same to me when I first told them of my pregnancy I wasn't even changing my work performance at all and they cut my hours so bad that I wasn't even making $280 a week. @molshito Well mine is expecting a raise and I know we're doing better with bills I just wish there was a definite way of knowing what to do lol

@lilkountryma, do what you feel is best, just don't stress yourself out too much or overwork yourself. if you feel overwhelmed it may be a good idea to quit

My doctor hasn't said anything but I agree the stress definitely isn't good. I know how my body usually reacts to stress and now it doesn't just affect me
