yes that's the best choice. I wish my husband didn't have a kid with someone else but oh well there's nothing I can do about it.

@happyliz, It sounds horrible but true not a lot of people get how hard it is to start a family with somone who already has one half way started.

@macy024, exactly!!!! and I don't think it's about the child. it's more about the other girl and them having a life with them before us. Like why couldn't I've been his first and only?

@happyliz, haha yea you cant blame the kids but i trust that everything is for a reason... still havent figured this one out but we will sooner or later no matter what we are their choice and they are will us at the end of the day... they may talk stupid things but their word is promied to us now.

I had to talk to my husband about how speaking about his ex's pregnancy, delivery, etc. or the "Just wait until..." comments discounts my feelings and my first time experience. Maybe try explaining to him WHY it's inappropriate to discuss his prior experience. Unless asked, this experience is about us and should focus solely on us.
