Yes it can grow back. You may or may not notice losing it again.

I hear that once you loose it, your close to labor.

Could be. You get a lot of different discharge in the third trimester. And yeah you can lose it multiple times and have it grow back so not necessarily a sign of labor being close @smiles2

Yes it does grow back but it also means your cervix is dilating

@jasminemaye, if its thick nd looks like snot or blood tinged or brownish then yes it's ur mucus plug . nd sometimes it comes out in chunks of mucus looks like snot like mine does sometimes.
